The Rules. Might be boring but you need to know them.. DEATH WHILE IN A BATTLE When a player dies in battle (with other players) they must remain docked for 5 minutes. (Applies only to multiple combatants not one on one PvPs) For one on one PVP just wait 1 minute before undocking or change to another char that is not in the same system. Do not use a character to tie up a gate or jump hole to stop players from using it. Do not excessively kill any player, once is usually enough, repeated killing will only hinder proper role-play. The only place you can kill to your hearts content is in the PVP SYSTEM found in Camelot. "Clan and Other Tagged Players " 1. -- All players must respect the 1 minute or 5 minute rule 2. -- If a player is killed 3 times in any system they must leave that system and not return for at least 1 hour. You may not change to another char and go back into that system. We would appreciate independent role-players follow these guidelines. Do not excessively kill any player you have been warned. 3. -- Hotdogging (changing characters) will only be accepted into your guild home system it is not acceptable to jump into another system to kill a player. "Untagged Players " 1. -- if a player gets killed, that player must stay docked for 5 minute, and can not be killed by the same player or clan for 1 hour. 2. -- if taxed by a pirate you are free to go on your way for 3 hours. The amount of tax you will have to pay is a matter between you and whom ever is taxing you. if a player that is killed requests to leave the system, then they should be allowed to. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TAGGING Clans as normal can use any form of lettering for tagging they wish as long as all clan members use the same form Characters can be any of the following professions a pirate, hunter, killer, mercenary, assassin, trader, miner, or join a clan (you can have up to 5 characters) Absolutely NO character renames. Make sure you get it right the first time, because we WILL NOT change it for you. If you wish to join a clan later you will have to start a new character with clan tags. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SLEEPING or being AFK for more than 15 minutes will result in you being disconnected Automatically. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [A] ADMINS [SP] SERVER POLICE If you have any problems please talk to [A] Admins or [SP] Server Police; they are there to help and advise you. When the server is busy, please be patient if you don't get an answer immediately, they WILL get back to you as soon as they can. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MODDING DON'T DO IT! Its considered the worst form of cheating and WILL result in an INSTANT BAN, no questions asked! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOUR CHARACTERS Freelancers--- You are seen as the explorers of SpartaEvo, you are the guys that find new systems, new worlds, new homes for settlers. Friends Freelancers, Hunters, Traders, Miners Enemies Pirates, Killers, Mercenaries ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hunters--- You're the good guys, You’ll go where the normal police wont, you take that extra step required to get the bad guys. Friends Freelancers, Traders, Hunters, Miners Enemies Pirates, Mercenaries, Killers ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pirates--- Yep, its you, you're the bad guy. If there’s easy money you want it. If you think you can take it you will, you will either take cargo or cash, you don't mind. Friends Pirates Enemies Hunters, Mercenaries, Freelancers, Miners, Killers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Traders--- Money, Money, Money, its all that matters. If it’s worth anything you’ll trade it. Friends Traders, Freelancers, Hunters, Miners Enemies Pirates, Killers, Mercenaries ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Miners--- Mining , its all that matters. If it’s worth minintg you’ll mine it. Friends Traders, Freelancers, Hunters, Miners Enemies Pirates, Killers, Mercenaries ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mercenaries--- Very little is known about Mercenaries other than they will hire themselves out for a price. They don't seem to worry about the reasons for the hire as long as it pays, Good or bad, if the price is right they will do it. Have no Friends or Enemies they will do whatever job pays well. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Killers--- The most evil character you can meet, he has no reason, needs no reason, or wants no reason. You can't reason with him, there’s nothing you can do or say, your only hope is that you have what it takes to get him before he gets you. Enemies All Players ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Assassin--- These characters can be quite dangerous if you meet, you need to be very cautious when there around, you have to ask yourself do I have a contract on my head???? They will kill you for no other reason. Have no Friends or Enemies they will do whatever job pays well. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No player may fire on any player under level 40 unless they accept a challenge. Remember, ALL chars under level 40 are new players, so leave them alone! Getting Started on your long journey. When you start the game, you will be given 70,000 credit's Spend the money Carefully. The Number one Question on this game is "Whats the best ship/guns/shield" you name it. Well there is no best ship, there is no best gun. Everything has there good side and there bad sides. E.G The Raven Claw. It has great power but the handling is poor. When you go out with your money and guns, your going to ask your self whats the fastest way to get money... It's Trading, it may seem boring but trading for an hour or two will last you a month or two depending on how you spend your money. There is normally an [A] or [SP] ( Admins & Service Police) these are players that you can trust. They are People that you can ask questions to if you don't under stand certain things within the game. They are also there to look after you if people abuse you. Respect everyone in the game. They have the same rights as you NO matter who it is. IF YOU ARE UNSURE IN OF A RULE... ASK! |
